Guilty Simpson Ode To The Ghetto Dropping March 25th

Now, this album is gonna be Bangin’ no matter what, but word from some of my well-respected friends (I won’t mention names until they say it’s cool) say that Stones Throw/Madlib stripped Guilty of that gritty motor city sound and made this album sound “West Coast.”  Now, there’s nothing wrong with the West Coast sound by any means and I don’t even need to defend Madlib as a producer.  The guy is genius (as well as insane..haha), but this is Guilty’s debut album and IT SHOULD SOUND LIKE DETROIT.   Either way, COP THIS ALBUM!!  It will be dope…I personally guarantee it!!
