Nightlife – J Dilla Tribute night in LA

Last night was another dope Dilla Tribute night at Beat Junkies’ weekly “Nightlife” at The Knitting Factory.  The place was packed!  They shut the doors for the rest of the night before 11pm.  Big thanks to Debbie for hookin’ it up at the door and A-side Worldwide for the ticket upstairs. Rhettmatic was playing when I came in along with host, Rakaa Iriscience.  Every DJ that played killed it, so I’m not gonna go into each one.

 

 I didn’t take any pictures of Mr. Choc for some reason, but here a couple good people you might know…DJ Haircut and IX Lives of Now On.
