Arto Saari is on Alien Workshop
Thanks to one of our readers who left a comment on Arto Saari might be leaving Etnies for Gravis! (posted March 1st), we now know that Arto is no longer on Flip and has gone to Alien Workshop.
1) I’ve heard that most of the skaters and even companies that are distributed by Blitz are unhappy with things over there. Birdhouse has long been a pretty detached brand from the true skate community in my opinion and my guess is, the other companies are over it.
2) Burton is really good at what they do. I can’t even hate as easy as it is do so. Unless they start destroying these great brands and what they stand for or don’t stay true to skateboarding and the community, I don’t see anything wrong with growing your empire and continuing to do what you do well.
Gravis is dope! Alien Workshop is dope! Arto is dope! Seems like a pretty good fit to me.
